"I had an excellent experience with Diversified Roofing. After getting several quotes from other roof companies their estimate remained the most competitive over the course of several months as we decided to replace our aged roof. They arrived on the scheduled day and got the job done promptly even in the face of some weather that stretched the timeline out 1 day. I would use Diversified Roofing again should I have the need."
"Diversified Roofing is always professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend buying a new roof from Diversified Roofing."
"I have had a working business relationship with Steven and Bill at Diversified roofing dating back to 2017 and I can attest to their great work."
"Mike did a great job and Owners are responsive when there were issues as there always are."
"They were more than professional. They showed up when they said they would and did a wonderful job. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them."

If you own a commercial building near or in Tempe, AZ, you are probably already familiar with the unique character of the area and the local attractions, which include:
Located in Maricopa County, Arizona, Tempe has a population of 180,587 people. It lies in the East Valley section of metropolitan Phoenix, bordered by Phoenix and Guadalupe. It is known for being the location of the main campus of the Arizona State University.
In 1865, For McDowell was established along the Salt River, approximately 25 miles northeast of present day Tempe. The establishment of Fort McDowell allowed new towns to be built farther down the river, and that is how the community of Tempe began to grow.
Tempe’s name is accredited to pioneer Darrell Duppa, who likened the Salt River Valley near a tall butte to the Vale of Tempe near Mount Olympus in Greece. Because of this comparison, the town was dubbed Tempe.
The geography around the city of Tempe is fairly flat, except for the Tempe Butte, and the buttes within Papago Park, at the northwest corner of Tempe. The Salt River runs west through the northern part of the city, and the river is damned in two places in order to create the Tempe Town Lake.
Visitarizona.com describes Tempe’s atmosphere in these words:
"Home to Arizona State University, Tempe, just east of Phoenix, contains the vibe you would expect in a college town, and attractions that make you want to stay awhile.
Unlike other cities in the Valley of the Sun, Tempe is landlocked on all sides by neighboring communities, which means much of the ambitious growth and development that have turned it into a must-see destination have been fueled by incredibly imaginative use (and reuse) of features that already existed within its city limits.
Perhaps the most dramatic example is Tempe Town Lake, created in 1999 at a site on the Salt River where riverboats once delivered grain to be ground at the historic Hayden Flour Mill. Now, more than 2.4 million people a year visit the 220-acre manmade reservoir for kayaking, paddleboarding and fishing. Or stick to the miles of surrounding parks and paths for walking, bicycling, Segway tours, volleyball competitions, music and food festivals and other Tempe Town Lake events."
